Orbitly uses a combination of data points, like a social profile, email, phone number, or name and company, to find and complete missing data on lead records.
Make sure the CSV you are uploading contains the minimum combination of data points shown in the chart on the left.
Naming columns properly
To ensure data accuracy during enrichment, use the chart below as a guide to properly name columns when preparing your CSV for lead enrichment.
Add lead records to the CSV file you want enrich
Open up Google Sheets or Excel.
Select a Blank Spreadsheet or Workbook.
Add in the emails, phone numbers, social profiles, or name and company that you want to enrich in their respective columns.
More data, more accuracy
Adding more data points to lead records in your spreadsheet will increase the probability of a match, and increase the accuracy of the returned data.
Download and upload
Save the file as a comma-separated values spreadsheet. Open Orbitly and drop the file into the enrichment area. Select the required criterion for enrichment, i.e. must include phone numbers. Once the file is enriched, you can download and use the enriched data in your favorite sales outreach tool.
